Hope you are doing better. I can definitely understand the position you're in and myself have a huge amount of eco and climate anxiety. I feel that with most anxieties about things people are asked to research on them so that they can be more aware and soothe their fears because it's very likely the things that worry them more are all in their head. The same cannot be done in terms of climate change because i think we'll just end up more freaked out. I have no advice, all i can offer is support ! Don't let it get to you, you are amazing and actively taking steps to save the earth and that's a lot! There are more of us, and as a community we need to keep up the morale and try to face our anxieties bravely!
