About
Raunaq is a sophmore undergraduate student studying natural resource conservation at the University of British Columbia. Having grown in Mumbai's suburbs, he has witnessed the city's rapid urbanisation first-hand. These changes motivated him to pursue conservation in the hopes of preserving his home. He is a passionate environmentalist and is a fan of David Attenborough's work. His main areas of interest include forest ecology, policy development and management, and climate science. He is an avid music listener and plays the ukulele and piano in his spare time.
